1. Overview These Terms of Service govern your use of the AutoAid online store and the purchase of products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. AutoAid operates in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) No. 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) No. 25 of 2002.
2. Eligibility You must be 18 years or older and a resident of South Africa to purchase from this store.
3. Products
- All products are described as accurately as possible
- Images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product
- We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time
4. Pricing
- All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund
5. Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed once payment is received
- We accept major South African payment methods
- AutoAid reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud
6. Delivery
- We deliver nationwide via Aramex
- Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
7. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by South African law, AutoAid is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in South African courts.
