Shipping policy

1. Delivery Areas AutoAid delivers to all provinces across South Africa. We currently do not ship internationally.

2. Shipping Partner All orders are fulfilled and delivered via Aramex South Africa, a trusted national courier service.

3. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

4. Delivery Time Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, with remote areas potentially taking longer.

5. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery directly on the Aramex website at aramex.com.

6. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

7. Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Aramex will make a second attempt or hold the parcel at a nearby facility. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout.
